So easy to make, these Easter Bunny Lollies are great to make with your little ones or as a quick Easter treat!

This recipe makes six super cute Easter Bunny Lollies and there's no baking involved! Simply melt your chocolate, add lolly sticks to your Oreo cookies and stick the marshmallow bunny ears on top. You could add extra details to the bunny faces using more melted chocolate or keep things simple by just popping on a little sprinkle nose.

Store in an airtight container and they are best eaten within four or five days, as the marshmallows will start to dry out.

Makes six bunny lollies
Ingredients;
6 Golden Oreo cookies
50g white chocolate
6 large pink vegan marshmallows
6 lollypop sticks
Sprinkles or a little melted dark chocolate to decorate
You will also need; a baking paper lined tray, knife, small microwavable bowl, spoon, scissors
How to make your lollies;
In a small microwavable bowl, melt your white chocolate by heating in small bursts stirring in between
Use a knife to carefully split each Oreo cookie sandwich in half
Place a small blob of melted chocolate on top of the cream filling on the Oreo, then press a lollypop stick on top. Add the top half of the Oreo back on, so that the Oreo is sandwiched back together with a lollypop stick 'glued' inside with chocolate
Repeat this for all six Oreos so that they all have a lollypop stick inside
Place them on a baking paper lines tray and pop them in the fridge for a few minutes to set the chocolate
Move on to making the marshmallow bunny ears
Use a pair of scissors to cut a marshmallow down the length, so you have two long rectangular shaped pieces
Pinch one short end together to make a point to be the top of the bunny ear and repeat with the other half of the marshmallow
Repeat cutting all six of the marshmallows in half and pinching the tops to make bunny ear shapes
Take your Oreos on lollypop sticks out of the fridge and 'glue' the marshmallow bunny ears to the top of each Oreo cookie, by dipping the bottom of each ear in chocolate and pressing it on to the top of the cookie
Use a small spoon to add a layer of white chocolate to the flat front of each Oreo cookie
Add a sprinkle to the chocolate to make the bunny nose or use a little melted dark chocolate to add eyes and whiskers. It is up to you how much detail you add!
Pop the whole tray back in the fridge until the chocolate has set and the ears are firmly set onto the cookies
Now they are ready to eat!
