Four Ingredient Love Heart Fudge Recipe

The cutest and easiest no-bake fudge recipe! Perfect for Valentine's Day baking with a delicious retro sweet mix in!

This Love Heart fudge comes together in just minutes and all you need to do is leave it to set. A delicious combination of white chocolate, vegan condensed milk and Love Heart sweets makes a yummy effervescent fudge that you need to try!

This recipe makes one small batch of fudge or you can double the recipe to fill my usual sized 7" x 11" cake tin. The fudge needs to be kept somewhere cool and dry, as the high chocolate content means that it can melt quite easily.

Makes one small batch of fudge

1 tin of vegan condensed milk (320g)

450g vegan white chocolate

100g crushed Love Heart sweets

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Extra Love Heart sweets for decoration

You will also need; a microwavable bowl, spoon, baking paper, a small tin/ tub or double the recipe to fill a 7" x 11" tin

How to make your fudge;

1. Add the white chocolate into a bowl and then pour over the vegan condensed milk

2. Heat in the microwave in small bursts, stirring in between until everything has melted together and you have a thick, smooth mixture

3. Crush your Love Heart sweets by finely chopping with a knife or putting them into a sandwich bag and crushing them with a rolling pin

4. Mix the crushed Love Heart sweets and vanilla powder into the fudge mixture

5. Line your tin with baking paper, this will make it much easier to take the fudge out

6. Pour all the fudge mixture into your lined tin

7. Decorate the top of your fudge with the extra Love Heart sweets

8. Place the cake tin in the fridge or freezer until it has fully set, 30 minutes - 1 hour

9. Then cut up your fudge into bite sized pieces and it's ready to eat!

Tips & Tricks!

• I used a Tupperware tub to make a small batch of fudge but you can also double the recipe to fill my usual sized 7" x 11" cake tin
