Ingredients;
150g ‘milk’ chocolate
150g dark chocolate
125g vegan butter
45g syrup
80g mini marshmallows (I used Dandies)
175g Lotus biscuits + some extra for topping
100g banana chips + some extra for topping (I use Whitworths)
75g vegan ‘maltesers’ (I used Doisy & Dam)
A little melted Biscoff spread for topping
Method;
Melt the chocolate, vegan butter and syrup together
Mix in the marshmallows, crushed biscuits, broken banana chips and vegan maltesers
Pour into a clingfilm lined baking tin
Drizzle with the melted Biscoff spread
Sprinkle with extra biscuit crumbs and banana chip pieces
Leave to set in the fridge
Slice and enjoy!
