Banana & Biscoff 'Banoffee' Rocky Road


150g ‘milk’ chocolate

150g dark chocolate

125g vegan butter

45g syrup

80g mini marshmallows (I used Dandies)

175g Lotus biscuits + some extra for topping

100g banana chips + some extra for topping (I use Whitworths)

75g vegan ‘maltesers’ (I used Doisy & Dam)

A little melted Biscoff spread for topping



  1. Melt the chocolate, vegan butter and syrup together

  2. Mix in the marshmallows, crushed biscuits, broken banana chips and vegan maltesers

  3. Pour into a clingfilm lined baking tin

  4. Drizzle with the melted Biscoff spread

  5. Sprinkle with extra biscuit crumbs and banana chip pieces

  6. Leave to set in the fridge

  7. Slice and enjoy!
