A super simple no-bake recipe which tastes absolutely amazing and makes the perfect sweet treat or gift!

This marbled chocolate fudge comes together in literally minutes and then you just need to leave it to set. A delicious combination on white and dark chocolate makes the richest and most melt-in-the-mouth fudge you'll ever try.

This recipe makes one small batch of fudge. I doubled the recipe to fill my 7" x 11" cake tin, as I needed a big batch to give away as Christmas presents to my neighbours! The fudge needs to be kept somewhere cool and dry, as the high chocolate content means that it can melt quite easily.

Makes one small batch of fudge - I doubled this recipe to fill my 7" x 11" cake tin
1 tin of vegan condensed milk (320g)
200g vegan white chocolate
200g vegan dark chocolate
Optional vegan sprinkles for decorating
You will also need; two microwavable bowls, two spoons, baking paper, a small cake tin or double the recipe to fill a 7" x 11" tin
How to make your fudge;
Add the white chocolate into a bowl and then pour in half of the condensed milk (160g)
Heat in the microwave in small bursts, stirring in between until everything has melted together and you have a thick, smooth mixture
Repeat melting the dark chocolate together with the remaining condensed milk
Line your cake tin with baking paper, this will make it much easier to take the fudge out
Spoon the melted chocolate mixtures into the tin. Alternate spooning in some white chocolate mixture, then some dark chocolate mixture to help create the marbled effect
Once all the mixture has been spooned into the cake tin, use a knife or the spoon handle to swirl the mixture together to create more of a marbled effect
Optional - decorate the top of your fudge with vegan sprinkles or small sweets
Place the cake tin in the fridge or freezer until it has fully set, 30 minutes - 1 hour
Then cut up your fudge into bite sized pieces, eat and enjoy!

I used Nature's Charm vegan condensed milk
My sprinkles are from Honeyberry International, they have a whole selection of vegan sprinkles available! www.honeyberryinternational.com/?ref=clemievegancake
You could even flavour this fudge by adding a little drop of orange or mint extract to the melted chocolate mixture if you wanted to!
