White Chocolate & Raspberry Fudge


You will need;


1x tin vegan condensed milk (I used Carnation)

400g white chocolate (I used Moo Free)

20g freeze dried raspberry pieces + extra for decorating (I used Honeyberry)

Pink sprinkles (I used Baking Time Club)

 

Method;

  1. Gently heat the condensed milk and white chocolate until melted together

  2. Stir in the freeze dried raspberry pieces

  3. Pour into a clingfilm lined tin and sprinkle with more raspberry pieces and lots of sprinkles

  4. Leave to cool then transfer into the fridge to set

  5. Slice and enjoy!


Super simple and super yummy!
