Chocolate Creme Egg style - a rich chocolate sponge with a creamy chocolate ganache and creme egg fondant filling style white and orange swirled buttercream
Vanilla Mini Egg - a fluffy vanilla sponge with a crushed mini egg chocolate buttercream filling
Carrot & Orange - a *moist*, lightly spiced carrot cake with hints of orange zest, orange marmalade filling and classic vanilla buttercream
Lemon & Lavender - a zesty lemon sponge with homemade lemon curd and fluffy, gently floral lavender buttercream
Rhubarb & Strawberry - an 'upside down cake' style rhubarb sponge with baked rhubarb pieces, a homemade rhubarb and strawberry compote and real strawberry buttercream
Battenberg Style - alternating layers of pink vanilla and yellow almond sponge, with apricot jam and vanilla buttercream

Each Cake Slice measures approx. 2" x 1" x 6" and will come individually wrapped. Cake Slices should be stored somewhere cool and dry and eaten within four days while they are at their freshest. Cake Slices can also be frozen for up to one month.

We are a completely vegan bakery so we do not use any animal products within our premises. However we do use some ‘accidently vegan’ products which do not contain any animal products, but have a ‘may contain traces’ warning due to their manufacturing methods.
The following allergens are used in our kitchen and therefore your bake may contain traces; gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sulphur dioxide and sesame seeds

All postal order will be sent via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service and should be with you within 1-2 days.
As we have seen over the past year, there are often some delays with postal deliveries. Please be patient and give some extra time for your order to arrive during busy periods. Please be assured that our bakes are all freshly made before delivery, well packaged and chilled to make sure that they arrive with you in the best condition.
We recommend eating our bakes within 4-5 days while they are at their freshest or freezing for up to a month.
