Ingredients;
300g plain flour
6g baking powder
3g apple cider vinegar
400g oat or soya milk
Pinch of vanilla powder or extract
Whatever fruit, syrups and toppings you fancy!

Method;
Add all your ingredients into a bowl or jug and whisk together
Heat your frying pan
Spoon your pancake batter into the pan in small blobs
Leave to cook one of side before flipping and cooking the other side
Add toppings to your pancakes and enjoy!
